What happens to any unused ashes/Fur/Hair?
.Any unused inclusions are returned with your order.
What is the turnaround time?
.Usually between 2-12 weeks, from receiving your inclusions.
I need my jewellery by a certain date, can you accommodate this?
.Depending on your chosen jewellery, yes, this is possible, please get in touch.
Can I have flowers/foliage put into jewellery?
.Yes, as long as the petals/leaves are dry.
Can I put Clothing/fabric into jewellery?
.Yes, material can be used, I would need a piece no bigger than 5cm x 5cm.

With regard to ashes, I need no more than a teaspoon in size. Most clients send in a small plastic bag/container. Please be ABSOLUTELY SURE to leave your name/address/email & order number within the package also.
I would advise using a tracked postal service for your peace of mind.
